I forgot to share to you our trip at Pikit, Cotabato last June 12. We went there to attend the wedding of my hubby’s cousin plus our daughter Kyla is one of the flower girls. It was her first time to ride in a bus and I was amazed that she never faint but enjoyed riding in a bus. Kyla slept in the bus for an hour because she is happy looking unto the views we passed by. It took 5 hours before we reached Pikit, Cotabato. We arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon there. It was my first time to be there because it’s so far from our place. Indeed, it was unforgettable experience because I happened to mingle with hubby’s relatives on his father side. They are very accommodating. I thanked all of their goodness and being so hospitable to us. We slept comfortably.

Last week I happened to chit chat with my friend from San Diego California. We accidentally met at the famous and luxurious shopping mall in our place. She first approached me and so I am surprised because she looks so different. My friend is very pretty as compared to our college days. She is on her one month vacation here in the Philippines. Almost my friends were pregnant and soon they will have their second child next year. Honestly, I got envy with them but I am not prepared as of this moment due to my daughter is schooling and I am the one who will bring her to school and fetch her. I want to share to you my happiness last Sunday. I am happy because I am fed with the word of God. My soul is not hungry anymore. I had a chance to listen to our Pastor in the morning service because I can now leave my daughter Kyla in her Sunday school classroom. Kyla is very independent right now. We went back in the afternoon because we have our ladies fellowship every end of the month. Then after that we had our evening service. The message of the Lord was very encouraging though it hurts for sometimes but it’s the reality because we are only human. We commit mistakes so God is there to correct us, right?

I thanked God for giving me such a wonderful Sunday, perfect Sunday for me. I pray that God will continue shower us so much blessings. I thank you Lord for everything you have done for me. I love you Lord.
