People are longing to have their own house before they get married. Obviously the reason behind was to be able to be comfortable in their marriage life with their lifetime partner. It is a disadvantage to live with your parents because you can’t do what you want to do in your homes due to it is not yours not like if it’s yours. You can freely place appliances anywhere plus no one will disagree on your idea. But some people can’t truly make it due to they have no enough funds to get a home loan or build a house. It’s fine as long as you are determined to pursue your dream to build your dream house soon in perfect timing.

Indeed, my cousin builds his house near to us. Cousin paid for it monthly through salary loan. I’m so proud of him because he is a responsible man and soon to be a father to their firstborn. Her wife seeks some advice from us on where to look for appliances that will fit to their house. Yesterday they bought an LCD TV with tv lifts that adds beauty to their living room. In fairness, we have the same taste especially in design so also with the colors. I’m happy that cousin found a wife who is practical in buying stuff. She makes sure that it fits to their budget. Good luck to both of you guys.

People will be missing Dolphy. I remembered when I was young I used to watch Home Along Da Riles. I’m also a fan of Dolphy because he makes me laugh in his simple way. He is part of my childhood days. Thanks Tito Dolphy for bringing smiles into our face. I would like to express my condolence to the Quizon Family.

Monthly expenses can’t be managed if you have only enough funds for it. But if you will just spend what you have it is not impossible to supervise it well. That’s what I learn when I am working online, I spend much not thinking that my salary is just enough for our daily needs. We should know how to budget our income so that we will not be suffering from financial problem. There is compare annuities that can help us realize what to do with our funds. All we need to do is to have self-discipline in buying stuff that we want.

It’s so sad that they are filing for divorce. They have beautiful daughter Suri. Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are fighting for custody. There are so many reasons behind their split; one of them is the religion of Tom Cruise. His religion is Scientology, refers to cult. Katie Holmes wants to change her daughter’s religion. I hope they can fix it because their daughter Suri is so young to confuse where to believe and what’s the truth behind their break-up.

When I saw a musician, I admired them because I want to play any musical instruments but honestly it was not included in my talent. Sometimes during weekend I and hubby will go to some gig to watch our favorite band in our place. It helps us relax by hearing their music. Hubby wants to have a taylor 214 as addition to his guitar collection. Uncle’s hubby will be home this month, he promised to hubby that he will buy one as for his birthday gift to hubby even if it’s late. Well, better late than never. LOL!

I was shock when Kris Aquino reveals the truth behind Melissa Ricks and Paul Jake Castillo, housemate in Pinoy Big Brother. Jake Cuenca was one of her guest this morning who is the ex-boyfriend of Melissa Ricks. Melissa and Paul Jake had a relationship, they were happy. I read in an article that Melissa Ricks was happy with her relationship to Paul Jake because he is caring and very understanding in her work. She honestly confirmed that she is more happy now compared to her relationship with Jake Cuenca for Melissa Ricks can say everything to the public not like on her past relationship who is in show business.

Driving will be one of my hobbies soon since hubby wants me to learn how to drive our new car. Good thing it is automatic which is easy to learn. I’ll get a driver license first so that I can borrow it if hubby is out of town. Hubby disagrees because he is afraid for any accident in the road. He does not trust my driving skills yet. Well, I need more practice first before he will permit me to drive his car. I’ll obey him. LOL! Hubby is out of town right now for his work. While he is away I’ll look for curt hitches for we need it. I hope I can find one today.

I watched Lorenzo’s Time, it has unique story from other teleserye in ABS-CBN. The saddest moment in this story was Enzo the 10 year old has Progeria. It is a rapid-aging disease that is very rare wherein only few people can get this kind of diseases. Unfortunately, he got this disease in which the reason that ruins his family. But after 30 years, he wakes up to a world that is different from the one he left behind -for his parents died and the one she loved named Kat-kat got married. Kat-kat has a daughter but his husband died earlier. It was exciting!
